SUPPORT
Let's get the globe moving.
Turn Earth with one finger, tap a country for detail and use the layer controls to move between news tone, climate, weather and events.
The opening country is wrong or did not change
Location is optional. Terella uses one approximate reading on your device. If permission is declined, unavailable or slow, the standard opening is used.
A layer is empty
Some layers depend on current measurements and can legitimately be empty. Check your connection, return to the layer once and allow a few seconds for its first download.
A country is red
The news layer measures the tone of coverage written about a country, not whether that country is safe or unsafe.
Clouds are not moving continuously
The cloud shell is a fixed daily composite of satellite observations. It does not show live cloud movement. The date identifies the observations used.
The ocean looks unusually warm
Ocean colours show sea-surface temperature differences from the daily normal, not the water's absolute temperature. Values marked ≈ are approximate regional estimates between 10° grid samples, not measurements at the exact point you tap.
Still need help?
Email vahapunlu@gmail.com with your device model, operating-system version, Terella version, the layer you were viewing and a short description. A screenshot is useful, but never send precise location or other personal information.
